For parties planning to bring food to the tasting room...

You are more than welcome to bring in any food whether it be homemade or catered. Setup and cleanup must be done within the allotted time window established with BBP. All catered food vendors must have a valid health permit. If you need recommendations for a caterer we would be happy to suggest some for you.
 

Non-alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought in for your event. You are responsible for set-up and clean up of any outside beverages. Ice is not provided - if you are planning on bringing a drink bucket you may want to consider bringing your own ice.


Outside alcohol is typically prohibited. In certain situations, we do allow the consumption of wine during a private party. Please contact us directly if you’re interested in serving wine. No outside beer or hard liquor can be consumed on premise at BBP. Food and non-alcoholic drinks must be coordinated and purchased by you.

For parties planning to decorate the tasting room...

Decorations are welcome. Please consult with a BBP employee prior to hanging anything up on our walls or fixtures. Permanent items (nails, stickers, etc.) are not permitted to be hung at any time. We ask that no glitter or confetti be used. If using any outside vendors, please consult with the BBP team first. Please discuss all needs with our team and we will do our best to accommodate. 

 

Keep in mind we are an active brewery - there is a strong likelihood that our Brewing Team will be brewing, kegging and performing other related activities during your event.

Other rental rules to be aware of...

  • Food and decoration “break down” will begin 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of your party. All food and decorations have to be removed 10 minutes prior to the conclusion of your party.

  • We reserve the right to determine and adjust the tap list for your party. If you have special requests for a specific beer or style, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to meet your request.

  • Please provide as many details about your event as possible and if you have any special or unique requests. We will do our best to meet your expectations.

  • During a private event, Brewery and Brewhouse tours are not required but are welcomed. Please let us know if you’d like to coordinate a more formal tour during your event.

  • The Fire Marshall approved capacity of our brewery is 75 individuals inside and 36 outside.  

  • We reserve the right to charge you for any damages incurred to BBP during your party.
